We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Servegreen Cleaning Services Ltd.

About the Role

The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Training: Hire and train or arrange for training of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Quality Control: Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Financial Management: Prepare budget and cost estimates for cleaning services, ensuring that expenses are managed effectively and efficiently.
  • Service Development: Recommend or arrange for additional services required such as painting, repair work, renovations or replacement of furnishings and equipment to enhance our cleaning services.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain financial records, including tracking income and expenses, and assist cleaners in performing duties as needed.
  • Communication: Co-ordinate work activities with other departments, establishing effective relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • No degree, certificate or diploma is required.
