Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Engineer to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software applications and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize quality issues, develop and implement testing strategies, and collaborate with developers to resolve defects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure the quality of software applications and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize quality issues
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts
  • Collaborate with developers to resolve defects and improve software quality
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in quality engineering or a related field
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies
  • Experience with test automation frameworks and tools
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
