Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our kitchen team at Tony's Pasta & Seafood House. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, training staff, and ensuring high-quality food and service standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Co-ordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of 3-4 kitchen staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supply needs, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet Tony's Pasta & Seafood House quality standards.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a related role.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced kitchen environment with tight deadlines.
- Work under Pressure: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a physically demanding environment.
