Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at KINESSO, a technology-driven performance marketing agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive client growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital marketing plans that meet or exceed client KPIs and expectations.
  • Manage and optimize paid search and social media campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Provide expert-level guidance and support to internal teams and clients.
  • Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to inform future marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on search and social media.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive client growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including search, social, email, and mobile.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
