Mastronardi Produce is a leading greenhouse vegetable company in North America, and we're seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join our team in Surrey, BC.

The Quality Control Inspector will assist the Warehouse Manager with daily activities and ensure that all product meets customer specifications. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a 1-year college degree or 6 months of experience in a related field, with previous experience in the produce industry being an asset. They will also possess strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that all product meets or exceeds customer specifications, allocating product correctly, and performing quality inspections. They will also assist the Warehouse Manager with quality issues and oversee floor operations when necessary.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers. They will also be proficient in the use of English language and computer skills, including MS Office and JDA or NAV experience.
