About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Veterinary Catalogue Specialist to join our team at Groupe vétérinaire Daubigny. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in guiding our clinics through the transition of their existing catalogues to our standard VetStrategy catalogue, as well as our group approach, within the framework of our system-wide migration to a modern cloud-based platform.
This role goes beyond simply managing the transition to a common catalogue. You will have the exceptional opportunity to contribute to the ongoing improvement of our standard catalogue, taking into account the specific needs of our clinical staff by adapting their existing codes to a new coding structure. By leveraging your practical experience, you will be part of a team with a significant impact in rationalizing our operations, reducing the manual data entry workload for our clinical staff, and enabling our clinics to focus on their core mission: improving the lives of companion animals.
Key Responsibilities
- Catalogue Management
- Acquire a deep understanding of our standard VetStrategy catalogue from a veterinary and commercial perspective.
- Collaborate with our clinics and HCAT advisors to understand their existing catalogue and guide them throughout the migration process to our standard catalogue and group approach, from start to finish.
- Ensure that all service and product codes are harmonized across all clinics.
- Apply accurately and efficiently supplier price increases in converted patient management systems.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to continuously improve the VetStrategy catalogue based on feedback and emerging best practices. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements to ensure the catalogue remains relevant and up-to-date.
- Act as an expert on the harmonized catalogue, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to HCAT advisors. Although the implementation and support of our standard catalogue are primarily remote, occasional clinic visits may be necessary for in-person training and support to ensure effective implementation (
