The Role

">
  • Provide technical oversight and mentoring on contaminated sites projects, supporting employees in their growth and development as a resourceful and skilled team member.
  • Engage in business development by identifying opportunities and securing new clients and projects for the company's success.
  • Ensure employees have access to necessary tools, training, and support for their professional growth and success.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Management team to uphold quality standards and procedures within the organization.
  • Manage complex projects with competing priorities, utilizing strong organizational skills to deliver results effectively.

About You

">
  • Possess a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Environmental Science, Geoscience, or Technologist diploma, combined with relevant experience; a Post-graduate degree (M.Sc.) is highly desirable.
  • Hold at least 10 years of technical, supervisory, and business management experience in the field of contaminated sites.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, planning, research, and technical writing skills, with expertise in report writing and data analysis.
  • Showcase technical knowledge of contamination fate and transport, as well as experience managing multi-disciplinary project teams successfully in consulting engineering.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in environmental project design and analytical skills, along with experience working with Indigenous clients and in various sectors such as mining, oil and gas, and transportation.
  • Able to travel to site locations as required and hold a valid driver's license.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
