Food Service Manager

At Chuck's Roadhouse Bar and Grill, we are seeking a skilled Food Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our staff, ensuring that food and service meet our high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet our busy restaurant environment.
- Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure we have what we need to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our business decisions.
- Prepare and submit reports to management to ensure transparency and accountability.
