Job Title: Head Cashier

At India Bazaar, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Cashier to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to meet business needs.
  • Authorize return of merchandise and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Establish work schedules and manage cash handling procedures.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers to achieve business objectives.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure stock levels are adequate.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Ability to work on site and manage cash handling procedures.
