Financial Reporting Manager

Recruitment Partners is seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for preparing and consolidating the company's quarterly and annual financial statements and MD&A in compliance with IFRS.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed IFRS memos and documentation for complex and non-standard transactions, providing technical guidance and support to senior management and the wider finance team.
  • Stay current with changes in IFRS standards and evaluate the impact on the company's financial reporting.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors during quarterly reviews and the annual audit process.
  • Coordinate the collection and preparation of audit schedules, supporting documents, and responses to auditor inquiries.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CA, or equivalent designation required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting, preferably with a mix of public accounting and public company experience.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and technical accounting skills, including multi-currency experience.
  • Proven experience consolidating with financial consolidation systems, preferably OneStream.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
