Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Lead and motivate a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the products and services to be sold, ensuring they meet customer demand and align with our business strategy.
- Operations: Implement efficient store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling procedures.
- Marketing: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize profitability.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, hire, and train staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Equivalent Experience: Relevant experience in a related field may be considered in lieu of formal education.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week. The work language is English, and the job involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes.
