About the Role

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week with an estimated salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Floor Management: Assign sales workers to duties, authorize return of merchandise, establish work schedules, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, provide guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to optimize stock turnover and minimize waste.
  • Culture and Diversity: Provide diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees, as well as awareness training for youth and Indigenous people.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a related role.
