Culinary Specialist Job Description at GUAC MEXI GRILL

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at GUAC MEXI GRILL. As a Culinary Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods. This includes preparing dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and preparing and cooking special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of kitchen operations and be able to supervise kitchen staff and helpers. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, and cleaning kitchen and work areas.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role and be able to work 40 hours per week. We offer a permanent position and expect you to be fluent in English.
