Key Responsibilities
  • Install interior prefabricated products, ensuring high-quality finishes and meeting customer expectations.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and ensure accurate installation.
  • Repair and service exterior and interior prefabricated products, addressing any issues or defects.
  • Determine layout and installation procedures, taking into account customer preferences and site conditions.
  • Document and prepare invoices and work orders, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely payment.
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, maintaining a safe and efficient workflow.
  • Utilize hand and power tools, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This is a physically demanding role that requires working in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to handle heavy loads, work in a variety of weather conditions, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as required.
Language and Work Conditions

This role requires fluency in English and the ability to work in a variety of settings. You will be required to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime.
