">We're seeking an exceptional Product Strategy Director to join our team. As Head of Product Innovation, you'll lead a high-performing team of Product Owners, providing guidance and ensuring performance standards across teams.
">You'll refine and execute product strategy, craft a compelling product roadmap, define success metrics, lead experimentation and KPI reporting, and leverage insights to prioritize roadmaps.
">Your Skills and Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you'll need 7+ years of experience leading product strategy in the gaming industry, expertise in free-to-play game systems, mechanics, and economies, and a proven ability to create and execute long-term visions with data-driven roadmaps.
">You'll also need advanced skills in data analysis, A/B testing, and KPI tracking with product analytics tools, strong leadership skills, and deep knowledge of gaming metrics, behavioural economics, and LiveOps monetization strategies.
