Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Artina's Jewellery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and control daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
- Manage staff and assign duties, ensuring a high level of customer service and sales performance.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a jewellery store.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, inventory control software, and accounting software.
