About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Foxwood Inn & Suites. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Bed Making and Linen Management: Make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, and stock linen closets.
  • Kitchen and Bathroom Cleaning: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Disinfection and Sanitation: Disinfect operating rooms and other areas, clean and disinfect elevators.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Housekeeping Operations: Pick up debris and empty trash containers, wash windows, walls, and ceilings, and clean changing rooms and showers.
