Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at Willowbrae Cambridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers and financial statements
  • Prepare cheques for payroll and reconcile accounts
  • Perform tasks related to bookkeeping, including journal entries and trial balances
  • Assist with preparing financial reports and statements
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and bookkeeping software
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
