Banala Consulting Inc. is seeking an experienced Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in a permanent position. Estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least one year of experience in software testing. Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and document software testing plans to ensure high-quality delivery of projects.
  • Monitor the performance of computer systems and networks to identify potential issues.
  • Install and configure operating system software, as well as hardware, in preparation for testing.
  • Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
  • Develop and implement software and information system testing policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in software testing.
  • Strong technical skills, including programming languages, database software, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
