We are looking for an Uniformed Asset Protection Personnel (UAPP) for our Truro Superstore located at 46 Elm St, Truro, NS. As a UAPP, you will welcome customers as they enter the store and provide friendly service and respond to Asset Protection initiatives. You will also collaborate with the other employees of the store and may need to perform other assigned duties as required.

Responsibilities:

\t\tProvide exceptional customer service & support to all internal and external customers.
\t\tRespond to Gatekeeper alarms and receipt check as required.
\t\tAssess safety hazards (i.e., Spills, wet floors etc.) and take proper procedures to ensure customer safety.
\t\tEscalate any crisis or emergency situations in a timely manner.
\t\tMaintain and submit daily, weekly, and monthly status reports.
\t\tAll other duties as required.

Qualifications:

\t\tExperience within a retail environment preferred.
\t\tAbility to foster partnerships with store teams.
\t\tExceptional customer service skills with a talent for building relationships.
\t\tProfessional, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
\t\tAbility to remain calm in high tension situations.
\t\tAbility to walk or stand in the same position for long periods.
\t\tAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.
\t\tFirst Aid and CPR certified is an asset.
