Job Description

Samsung SDS GSCL Canada Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for analyzing financial and investment information, preparing operating and investment budgets, and assessing financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Examine and analyze financial and investment information, including company profiles, stock prices, yields, and future trends.
  • Analyze investment projects and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing operating and investment budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Plan short- and long-term cash flows and assess financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Prepare a regular risk profile for debt portfolios, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or economics.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-40 hour workweek. The work language is English, and the work term is permanent.
