The Job:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual to fill the position of Overnight Store Clerk. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and performing various tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide fast and efficient service to customers, addressing their queries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, restocking shelves as needed and rotating stock to ensure freshness.
- Cash Handling: Process customer transactions accurately, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
- Store Maintenance: Clean and sanitize the store environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.
- Vendor Relations: Collaborate with vendors to receive deliveries, check merchandise for quality, and maintain positive relationships.
Requirements:
- Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older if located in specific states, otherwise 21 years old.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and understand English effectively.
- Math Proficiency: Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift 10-50 pounds frequently and stand for extended periods.
