Matrix Labour Leasing Ltd is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior HVAC Technician to join our team. This is a full-time position located in the Lower Mainland region.

**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a seasoned HVAC professional to lead and execute HVAC projects in commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, installation, maintenance, and repair.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in commercial settings.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other technicians to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC systems to provide effective solutions.
  • Maintain safety standards and compliance throughout all operations.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior technicians.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician with a minimum of 5 years in a senior role.
  • Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, troubleshooting, and repairs.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing small teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across the Lower Mainland.
