Finance Strategist

Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a Finance Strategist to join our team. As a Finance Strategist, you will play a key role in helping high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners achieve their financial goals.

We are looking for a talented individual who has excellent people and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, motivated to do meaningful work and provide strong planning and financial advice to clients.

In this role, you will leverage RBC's extensive investment and wealth management resources to create customized portfolios and wealth plans for your clients. You will also foster trusted, often multi-generational, long-term relationships using personalized service and advice.

• 4-6 years of outbound sales experience and comfortable earning 100% commission
• Completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or will prior to start date
• Passion for financial planning and keen interest in portfolio management
• Strong relationship building skills and ability to connect with all types of individuals
