About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Forms/Reports Developer to join our team at Plexxis Software (For Subcontractors). As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing products and services that solve the challenges of modernizing the specialty contracting trades.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with designers, programmers, internal and external customers to analyze business requirements and opportunities to create optimal value throughout all Plexxis solutions.
  2. Learn and Master the Plexxis ERP System: Gain a deep understanding of the Plexxis Enterprise Resource Planning system and its various components.
  3. Design and Develop Oracle Forms/Reports: Design, develop, test, optimize, and implement programs within Oracle Forms/Reports, including user interfaces, external application and data source integration, and printed outputs/reports.
  4. Analyze and Troubleshoot Issues: Analyze available information, applying experience and systems knowledge to maintain, analyze, diagnose, identify, and implement solutions to meet or exceed customer requirements.
  5. Provide Training and Support: Interact with internal customers, providing training and support to ensure seamless adoption of Plexxis solutions.
  6. Collaborate with Internal Customers and Developers: Work closely with internal customers and developers to create and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
Requirements
  1. Interest in Data and Technology: Possess a genuine interest in data and technology, with a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements.
  2. Practical Experience in Customer Care-Related Work: Have practical experience in customer care-related work, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
  3. Strong Organizational, Analytical, and Problem-Solving Skills: Possess strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Basic Database/SQL Knowledge: Have a solid understanding of database and SQL concepts, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a real-world setting.
