Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Assistant to join our team at New Heights Convenience. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems, and promoting products and services to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient ordering processes.
  • Advertise and promote products, sales, or services to customers through various channels, including in-store promotions and online advertising.
  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate sales records and inventory levels.
  • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce platforms.
  • Maintain sales records for inventory control and provide insights to management to inform business decisions.
  • Sell products over established routes and in-store promotions.
  • Draw up sales agreements for purchaser's and seller's approval.
  • Solicit sales and sell goods or services to customers.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 40 hours per week of work.
