Job Description
  • Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat for sale.
  • Remove bones from meat, ensuring it meets our high standards of quality.
  • Grind meats as required by our customers.
  • Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products to attractively present our products to customers.

You will work closely with our butchers and other staff members to maintain a clean and organized store environment. This includes cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils, as well as restocking shelves as needed.

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a butcher or in a related role is an asset.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Reliability and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, we also provide opportunities for professional development and advancement within the company.
