Senior Quantity Surveyor - Commercial Lead

This critical role involves managing contractual aspects of projects, ensuring profitability, compliance, and risk mitigation. The ideal candidate will have 8 or more years of direct work experience in a project role for a mid-size to large general contractor, with a university degree in an appropriate construction-related field, or equivalent.
