Senior Quantity Surveyor - Commercial Lead

This critical role involves managing contractual aspects of projects, ensuring profitability, compliance, and risk mitigation. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to work closely with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to manage Change Orders and commercial negotiations.

The ideal candidate will have 8 or more years of direct work experience in a project role for a mid-size to large general contractor, with a university degree in an appropriate construction-related field, or equivalent. Major project experience, knowledge of construction industry trends and regulations, and proficiency in cost estimation, forecasting, scheduling, risk management, and reporting are also essential.
