We are seeking a dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at GENER PASCUAL. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality support to our clients in their homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility.
  • Assist clients with household tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Support clients with their educational and vocational goals, including assistance with homework and job training.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience.
  • Asset languages: Tagalog.
  • Work setting: Work in employer's/client's home.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Support for newcomers and refugees: Does not require Canadian work experience.
