About the Role

Melo Landscaping Ltd. is seeking a skilled Landscape Gardener to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and beauty of our clients' outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plant and Maintain Lawns and Gardens: Ensure the health and appearance of lawns and gardens through regular watering, fertilizing, and pruning.
  • Assess and Diagnose Plant Health: Examine plants and trees to identify potential problems and diseases, and take corrective action to prevent further damage.
  • Apply Lawn Care Products: Safely apply fertilizers, fungicides, herbicides, and pesticides to maintain the health and appearance of lawns and gardens.
  • Plan and Coordinate Plant Growth: Work with clients to design and implement plans for the growth and maintenance of plants in outdoor spaces.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with other team members to ensure the successful completion of projects and tasks.
Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1-6 Months of Experience: Previous experience in a related field is preferred.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
