Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at SP Trucklines Inc.

Job Summary

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of the organization, planning and organizing logistics operations, and coordinating activities with other work units or departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee operational logistics of the organization, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
  • Plan and organize logistics operations, including dispatching personnel and managing transportation routes.
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Manage knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices, as well as highway trucking and associated rules and regulations.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations and practices.
