We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shop Foreman/Woman to join our team at SOUTH WEST BULK EXPRESS INC. as a key member of our Motor Vehicle Repair department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit production reports to management
  • Recommend process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency
  • Resolve work-related issues and provide technical guidance to team members
  • Develop and manage budgets for materials and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Coordinate the requisition and ordering of materials and supplies
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Strong client focus, flexibility, and teamwork skills
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-35 hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities.
