As a Senior Systems Design Director, you'll play a key role in shaping the direction of our game's Economy, Progression, and Social features. Your responsibilities will include:

* Directing the long-term vision for Progression, Economy, and Social features in line with the overall game vision
* Communicating your design vision, constraints, and concerns to the team
* Contributing to the maintenance of an inclusive and creative working environment

We're looking for someone with a strong background in game design, preferably with experience in a leadership role. You should have a proven track record of shipping titles in a design leadership capacity, as well as experience with live service games. If you're passionate about creating engaging game experiences and have a knack for leading teams, we'd love to hear from you.
