Hourly Rate of Pay: $21.08 – $26.42

As a Health Care Aide with Shepherd's Care Foundation, you will provide support, advocacy, and choice to residents and their families to ensure the highest quality of resident-focused care. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, personal hygiene, meal service, and mobility/transfer in a safe and caring manner.

We are seeking a registered Health Care Aide who can read, write, and speak English effectively, and possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Registered with the Alberta Health Care Aide Directory

• Effective communication skills
