  • Confer with clients to identify technical requirements
  • Document technical requirements to ensure that products and processes meet business needs
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions
  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware
  • Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize security breaches
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle
  • Conduct quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems reviews
  • Resolve conflict situations
  • Operate automatic testing equipment to ensure product quality
  • Execute and document software application tests and information systems tests
  • Supervise technical support workers
  • Install software and hardware, configure operating system software, and prepare for testing
  • Resolve complaints and claims**Certifications and Skills:
