Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Mountain Lake Seniors Community. The successful candidate will provide exceptional nursing care to residents, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and contribute to a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing team.
- Educate residents and their families on health management and wellness.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to enhance resident care.
- Valid LPN license in British Columbia (BCCN&M Registration)
- Previous experience in long-term care or a related field preferred
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $84 per hour, flexible scheduling options, and on-site parking. We also offer the opportunity to work collaboratively with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, ensuring both residents and staff thrive.
