About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the development of our electric vehicle propulsion systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all development activities, including presentations to the executive committee, budget preparation, and development schedule setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development activities for electric vehicle propulsion systems
  • Manage a team of engineers and design technicians
  • Work closely with Design, Marketing, Purchasing, Industrial Engineering, and Service departments

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of electric propulsion systems, high voltage, lithium-ion battery, AC/DC charger, ISO, and embedded software
  • Five years of project management experience
  • Recognized certification in project management (PMP, ACP, PSM, etc.)
  • Experience working in matrix environments
  • Bilingual (French and English)
