Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement production schedules and duty assignments to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to prevent shortages and optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate production planning.
  • Develop and implement equipment maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize equipment lifespan.
  • Direct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Supervise and train employees in the use of new equipment and production techniques.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems, and methods of work to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage the establishment of departmental budgets to ensure effective resource allocation.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as operations management or supply chain management.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing operations role, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of project management software, database software, and spreadsheet applications.
  • Experience working in a chemical, plastic, or printing and publishing industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
