About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Early Childhood Educator Assistant to join our team at 1957322 Alberta Inc. As a key member of our childcare team, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of young children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers with care and attention to their needs.
  • Develop and implement engaging child-care programs that promote physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
  • Engage children in activities through storytelling, teaching songs, and preparing crafts that foster creativity and imagination.
  • Assist early childhood educators or supervisors in maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Guide and assist children in developing essential life skills, such as eating, dressing, and using the toilet.
  • Prepare healthy snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods.
  • Monitor children for signs of potential learning or behavioral issues and prepare reports for parents or guardians.

Requirements
  • Child Development Assistant (ECE Level 1) certification.
  • Criminal record check.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
