Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at IL Forno Fusion. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers
  • Present menus and make recommendations to customers
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar team to ensure seamless service
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
