Job Title: Technical Sales Supervisor

MODA SMART HOME INC. is seeking a skilled Technical Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Technical Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, assessing client needs, and recommending appropriate goods or services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote Sales: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base.
  • Client Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and resources to provide tailored solutions.
  • Report and Proposal Development: Create detailed reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits of our goods and services.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging sales presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, including training and troubleshooting.
  • Marketing and Advertising: Develop and implement marketing and advertising strategies to promote our products and services.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • College/CEGEP education
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Work Environment:

  • Permanent position
  • 30-40 hours per week
  • English language required
