GreatWest Kenworth Calgary is seeking a skilled Warranty Analyst to join our team. As a Warranty Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient processing of warranty claims and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and process warranty claims in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with service managers and technicians to resolve warranty-related issues and maximize SRT recovery.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of warranty claims, including tracking and reporting on open work orders.
  • Communicate effectively with central warranty departments and customers to ensure seamless warranty claim processing.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including filing, organizing, and preparing internal and external mail.
  • Assist in supervising and adjusting service department time punches for payroll, as well as monitoring and reconciling DSI and Avanti time clocks.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees and customers.
  • Proficiency in computer software and diagnostics, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Previous warranty experience and knowledge of Kenworth or Peterbilt systems is an asset.
