Financial Advisor, Investment and Retirement Planning

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Advisor, Investment and Retirement Planning to join our team. As a key member of our branch sales team, you will be responsible for contributing to our overall success by meeting and exceeding negotiated deposit and investment sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and deepen investment and primary banking relationships with existing customers and those referred by branch partners.
- Conduct comprehensive reviews for assigned customers, including retirement planning, wealth accumulation, and estate planning.
- Develop and implement customized financial strategies and solutions to meet customers' needs.
- Provide trusted financial advice and guidance to customers on complex investment and retirement planning matters.
- Collaborate with peers, customers, and partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences and grow long-standing relationships.
Requirements:
- Successful completion of the CIFP Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent.
- Minimum three years of experience in financial planning and investment sales.
- Demonstrated sales management experience and ability to market Scotiabank.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to cultivate strong relationships with customers, peers, and partners.
