The Administration portuaire de Québec is seeking a skilled Analyst Programmer to join its team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain applications using Oracle database and Forms/Reports tools.
  • Collaborate with users to define needs and develop technical solutions.
  • Implement and integrate applications with existing systems.
  • Provide training and support to users.
  • Maintain existing programs and convert Forms applications to Apex as needed.

Requirements:

  • DEC in computer science or information technology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Oracle Forms and Reports tools.
  • Good writing skills and intermediate-level English proficiency.
  • Ability to manage priorities, analyze and synthesize information, and work in a team.

Assets:

  • Experience with Apex tools and knowledge of DBA basics and Microsoft development tools.
