**Job Title:** Senior QC Reviewer, Sample Management
**Job Type:** Full-time
**About the Role:**
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior QC Reviewer, Sample Management. As a member of our Sample Management team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our samples are managed effectively and that our quality control processes are of the highest standard.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Responsible for all processes within Sample Management Quality department.
- Assume supervisory responsibilities during the supervisor's absence including managing team activities and resolving issues as needed.
- Support and assist in reviewing documentation generated by the Sample Management Department (reception, service and disposal/shipment) and follow up with technical staff.
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need a Diploma of College Studies in Sciences or B.Sc., at least 5 years of experience in sample management in medical or pharmaceutical industry, and excellent knowledge of FDA-GLP/GCP and GDP.
You'll also need good communication skills (French and English for all internal and external clients), leadership skills, detail oriented, ability to multi-task, well organized, customer service focused, and strong decision making and problem-solving ability.
