The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, and driving sales growth. Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and sales teams
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales operations
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed


Requirements:

Development vs Maintenance: 100% vs 0%

Road vs Office: 50% vs 50%

Languages: Fluency in French and English required

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Training: On-the-job training; prior experience preferred

Overnight Travel: Up to 20% overnight travel required

Years of experience: At least 10 years' experience in sales leadership in the construction industry needed

Other requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a proven track record of success in sales leadership.
