The Salvation Army is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Supportive Housing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in developing, implementing, and maintaining our supportive housing program.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to promote housing stability and recovery for residents.
- Supervise and support a team of staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Collaborate with community partners to enhance program services and opportunities for residents.
- Manage and analyze data to inform program development and evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with contractual agreements, Salvation Army standards, and best practices.
- Master's degree in social work or a related field.
- Registration with NLCSW.
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in supportive housing development and operational management.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Effective organizational and communications skills.
- Experience working with people experiencing homelessness and supportive housing environments.
- Knowledge of housing and homelessness issues, including social determinants of health, trauma-informed care, and chronic homelessness.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
