You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop project plans, allocate resources, and oversee the execution of tasks to ensure successful project delivery. This includes managing project timelines, budgets, and mitigating risks to ensure projects are completed on time.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. They will also possess excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients at all levels of the organization.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential project constraints and develop mitigation strategies
- Lead cross-functional project teams in executing project tasks
- Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
- Maintain open and transparent communication with Clients throughout the project lifecycle
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, along with proven experience in IT project management. Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools is essential. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
