About the Role:

Homestead Land Holdings Limited is seeking a highly skilled and flexible Mobile Building Manager to join our team. As a key member of our site staff team, you will be responsible for providing expert support to our regional portfolio of multi-residential apartment buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with maintenance, administration, and cleaning tasks at various buildings within the region.
  • Provide seamless support to staff during vacations, sick days, or other absences.
  • Ensure a consistent level of customer service for residents by assuming roles in maintenance, administration, and cleaning.
  • Work closely with the Assistant Vice-President of Operations to carry out regular functions of a Building Manager.
  • Perform basic administration functions as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Valid Ontario Driver's License
  • Reliable Vehicle
