About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit individual to join our team at Rainone Services as a Concrete Mixer Helper. This is a permanent position that requires a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading Materials: Assist in loading and unloading construction materials, such as concrete and asphalt, from trucks and equipment.
  • Erecting and Dismantling Equipment: Help to erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mixing and Pouring Materials: Assist in mixing and pouring materials such as concrete and asphalt, and ensure that they are spread evenly and to the correct specifications.
  • Site Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the construction site, including removing rubble and debris, and directing traffic as needed.
  • Assisting with Demolitions: Assist in demolishing buildings and structures as required.
Requirements
  • Education: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Work Experience: Experience in a related field is an asset.
  • Work Environment: The successful candidate will be required to work outdoors in a noisy, dusty environment.
  • Work Setting: The position will be based on a construction site.
